Job Description
- Making and controlling budget for marketing budget
- Analyze customer business and create comprehensive report
- Maintain and increase sales achievement
- Preparing new client prospect
- To create good relationship and maintaining customers
- Regulate the exhibition needs to completion
- Website maintenance / promotional tools / designing catalogs, flyers, banners according to company requirements
Requirements
- 27 - 40 years old maximum
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing, others or equivalent
- Al least 3 Year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff specialized in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent
- Experienced in Marketing and having good knowledge about Construction, Civil,and Engineering (More Preferable)
- Proficient Design for marketing activities and tools (such as: Banners, Flyers, Running ads, etc)
- Able to speak English both oral and written
- Creative
- Honest, detail oriented and have a good work ethic
- Having passion in Construction Business
- Can work with deadline
- Good communication skills
- Good looking and have a high motivation to achieve target
