Lowongan Kerja Office Secretary - Sentul City

As the Office Secretary, you will help ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Most of your work involves both written and oral communication, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Office Secretary Duties and Responsibilities;

• Acting as a receptionist “Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence”
• Acting as a Customer Services “Managing and responding promptly to customer inqueries and complaints. Communicating with customers through various channels (phone, email, livechat, whatsapp)”
• Sell products and services
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Organise and store paperwork, photocopy and print various documents
• Organising and servicing meetings
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• liaising with relevant organisations and clients
• Typing, preparing and collating reports
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
• Coordinates office management activities
• Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner, etc
• Order and maintain stationery and equipment

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 1 year experience jobs

Keahlian :
• Having good written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Good negotiation skills
• Having good customer service and relationship-building skills
• Able to use Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Being able to operate basic office equipment (photocopy machine and scanner, etc)
• Having interpersonal abilities
• Having high attention to details

Kualifikasi :
• Female, Good Looking, Max 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support
• Trustworthy, able to respect confidential matters
• Integrity and professionalism
• Willing to work in Bogor (Sentul City)
